A year since deploying capital in its inaugural investment for a chunk of property outside Columbus, the fund is now “firing on all cylinders,” said Ray Leach, its co-founder and president.
The fund has marked nine deals since about this time last year, and a 10th may be around the corner as it continues to target investments in a variety of asset classes. Those deals, all in Ohio, span real estate, small businesses, biotech and some other investment funds.
