A robotic welding company that has been launched by a former SpaceX engineer and is backed by a $15 million seed capital round has opened in Cincinnati.
The O.H.I.O. Fund, a growth investment fund formed last year that has half of its founding partner team based in Cincinnati, invested $15 million to fund the entire seed capital round that was completed June 30, Summers said. He believes that’s the largest seed round raised in Ohio.
